Refund policy
RETURNS
At Dé Rococo we offer a seamless return process.
All orders are eligible for a return within 14 days of the order date.
If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a $15 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to receive your refund as a gift card, you will receive the full order amount with no deduction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags. Returns must be sent in the original packaging or in the DHL return bag provided.
Returns that are placed in boxes larger than the box received are subject to charges reduced from the refund total.
To start your return, please complete the return process via our Returns Portal.
**You must add a pound key/hashtag (#) in front of your order number in the Returns Portal for it to recognize the order number.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved we will automatically send you your refund.
Your refund/return will be processed and returned directly to your original payment method.
CUSTOMS
We ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) worldwide. This means we cover all relevant import taxes and duties in advance to provide the most seamless shipping experience.
