At Dé Rococo we offer a seamless return process.
All orders are eligible for a return within 14 days of the order date.
A $15 USD return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The return shipping cost will be returned to you as $15 store credit towards your next purchase. You will receive your personalized code by email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags. Returns must be sent in the original packaging or in the DHL return bag provided.
Returns that are placed in boxes larger than the box received are subject to charges reduced from the refund total.
To start your return, please complete the return process via our Returns Portal.
**You must add a pound key/hashtag (#) in front of your order number in the Returns Portal for it to recognize the order number.
