At Dé Rococo we offer a seamless return and exchange process.

All orders are eligible for a return within 14 days of the order date.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of the order date, and can only be made for a different size or color of the same item. Exchanges are free of charge. To receive an exchange, the original item must be returned first.

For returns without exchanges, if you choose a refund to your original payment method, a $15 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to receive your refund as a gift card, you will receive the full order amount with no deduction.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags. Returns must be sent in the original packaging or in the DHL return bag provided.

Returns that are placed in boxes larger than the box received are subject to charges reduced from the refund total.
